The short version is... steer clear of this company at all costs!! The long version... In the summer of '24 Protex was referred to me, and I called them for some dirt work and sod replacement on my yard. The first issue was their inability to adhere to the agreed start schedule. Once they did start, the first thing they did was pull up a brick paver walkway that wasn't part of the project scope and had never been talked about. While they did put it back without charge, they didn't put it back correctly as the resulting walkway was not level.
